Our Story
The Grove Therapy Collective began the way many meaningful things do: with two therapists, countless conversations, and a shared vision. We first connected while running therapy groups in an alternative education setting, and quickly discovered that our values for therapy were deeply aligned: relational, expressive, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection.
From those early conversations, The Grove began to grow. We imagined The Grove not only as a place for therapy, but as a living, breathing community. A space where independence and collaboration could coexist; where therapists could root their practices while remaining part of something larger.
Connection sits at the heart of everything we do: connection to self, to others, and to the community around us. Growth, in our view, isn’t about perfection but about deepening awareness and allowing change to unfold with compassion. And wellness, to us, extends beyond the individual; it’s something that flourishes when relationships and communities are nourished.
Here, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We value creative expression and evidence-based care in equal measure. We honour the power of self-compassion, the safety of co-regulation, and the slow, steady growth that happens when you’re given room to breathe.
Like the grove of trees that inspired our name, we believe we’re stronger together. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your family, or your wider community, we welcome you here: a grounded, connected space where healing and growth take root.
Rooted in growth,
