Kylie Gallant
Registered Social Worker
Kylie Gallant is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who offers a grounded and compassionate space for children (8+), youth, and adults navigating life’s challenges. She supports individuals and families healing in the midst of addiction, as well as mothers striving to navigate the many roles they hold - offering a place within their village where they can pause, feel supported, and be cared for too. Kylie also works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that we all carry inner parts longing to be understood. She integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional connection, and move toward meaningful change.
Kylie shows up as deeply human first, drawing on her own lived experiences to bring warmth, authenticity, and relatability into the therapeutic space. She also offers walk and talk therapy for those who find greater ease in nature, as opposed to an office setting.
