Angela Remondi

Registered Psychotherapist

Angela Remondi is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Art Therapist practicing in Ontario, whose approach blends warmth, collaboration, and grounded real-life connection. With a background in education, art therapy, and mental health care, she offers clients a safe, non-judgmental space to explore who they are, what they feel, and what they want next.

Angela works with individuals, youth, couples and families, supporting experiences of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, low self-esteem and transitions. Her toolkit draws from creative expression, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, CBT, DBT and somatic approaches to help clients feel clearer, steadier and more connected.

She values self-compassion over perfection, authenticity over masking, and curiosity over judgement. Whether clients are using art, words or movement to deepen their insight, Angela meets them in their own rhythm: inviting depth, humour and grounded growth. Between sessions she can often be found with a sketchbook, a piano, her three cats or a good book, reminding herself of the same creative, rooted curiosity she brings into therapy.
